    Trulieve Cannabis Corp Announces Second Quarter 2025 Results

    TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Aug. 6, 2025 – Trulieve Cannabis Corp, a leading cannabis company in the U.S., today announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. All financial figures are reported in U.S. dollars and in accordance with U.S. GAAP unless otherwise stated.


    Financial and Operational Highlights

    • Revenue: Generated $302 million in revenue, consistent with last year’s performance, with 94% derived from retail sales.
    • Gross Margin: Achieved a gross margin of 61%, reflecting a 1% increase from the previous year, resulting in a GAAP gross profit of $183 million.
    • Net Loss: Reported a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $14 million, with an adjusted net loss of $8 million excluding non-recurring charges and other items.
    • Adjusted EBITDA: Recorded $111 million in adjusted EBITDA, representing 37% of revenue and a 3% year-over-year increase.
    • Cash Flow: Generated $86 million in cash flow from operations and $75 million in free cash flow.
    • Liquidity: Maintained a strong cash position of $401 million at quarter end.
    • Customer Engagement: The rewards program grew to over 725,000 members, with loyalty members accounting for 71% of transactions.

    • New Dispensaries: Expanded retail presence with three new dispensaries in Oakland Park and St. Petersburg, Florida, and Lorain, Ohio.
    • Brand Launch: Introduced Redemption Cannabis products in West Virginia, focusing on purpose-driven initiatives.
    • Community Support: Participated in “Roll-Up for Justice,” a campaign by Mission [Green] and The Weldon Project, to support individuals impacted by cannabis prohibition.
    • Product Expansion: Extended distribution of Onward premium THC beverages in Florida and Illinois and launched Upward THC energy drinks.
